The Jansen de Vries Syndrome Foundation will support projects that aim to:
– Advance understanding of molecular, cellular, or physiological mechanisms of JdVS
– Develop or test preclinical models (cellular, animal, organoid)
– Identify and validate therapeutic targets
– Explore treatment approaches (gene therapy, ASOs, small molecules, etc.)
– Improve clinical characterization, natural history, and quality-of-life outcomes
Eligible applicants: Academic, clinical, and nonprofit researchers worldwide
